From LMFRF Board member Pat Waters:
Spillway repairs started last week, the week of 1/17/2011, and are progressing very nicely. Flows are reduced on Spillway to 23cfs so as to facilitate the work. Fishing is still very good although the trout are very spooky in the low clear water. Below are pictures taken of the first conservation pool to be done at the top of Spillway. Trout were seen rising again before the track hoe was even removed from the pool. Browns were taken on dries and wets here already. About five more pools have been completed downstream.
