The lower Mountain Fork River is the beneficiary of an additional 14,400 (or so) rainbow trout.  These 11-inch trout are in addition to those already scheduled for bi-weekly delivery to the trout stream (see www.wildlifedepartment.com for tentative dates).  Stocking dates, approximate numbers and anticipated stocking locations for the additional trout are:

February 5     (2405 trout - below Re-Regulation Dam)

February 12   (2405 trout - below Re-Regulation Dam)

February 26   (2405 trout - below Re-Regulation Dam)

March 12        (2405 trout - below Re-Regulation Dam)

March 26        (2405 trout - between State Park Dam and Re-Regulation Dam)

April 9             (2405 trout - between State Park Dam and Re-Regulation Dam)
